The FBI Milwaukee Citizens Academy Alumni Association, the City of St. Francis Fire Department, and the School District of St. Francis ASPAR (Active Shooter Preparedness and Response) community engagement project. -------------------------------------------- The City of St. Francis School district staff received two full days of active shooter and school awareness, preparedness, response and training, which included hands-on application of lifesaving medical interventions using tourniquets, dressings, chest seals, and hemostatic bandages. We partnered with Peaceful Warriors Training Group to bring this lifesaving project to the school district staff. The district classrooms are receiving “treat and go” kits for lifesaving interventions. The public is welcome to assist with the ASPAR Project by donating toward the purchase of the remaining Treat & Go Medical Kits, which cost $140.00 each. To donate to this project, please contact the City of St. Francis Fire Department at 414-483-4424. The FBI Milwaukee Citizens Academy Alumni Association is separate and apart from the FBI.
